The torches surrounding the Tiki Bar burned. Scents from the Island's wild flowers, added sweet fragrance to the air. Standing on the deck of the wooden establishment was a petite red head. She was dressed in a torn grey shirt, her pants was Black and hugged her skin tucked into black leather boots with a five inch platform making her the height of five foot eight. Her crimson hair was down freely past her shoulders. Violet eyes scanned their surroundings of the outside. This place, the TikiBar was her second home. Being the head bartender she knew all the patrons by name, and could even name most of their usual drinks. She was in-charge of the skimpy dressed mortals who some where bitten, others breathed fire and danced exotically among the intoxicated men and women. Returning inside Pepper walked behind the bar counter to serve drinks. Question was who was willing to trust the she-monster enough for her to serve them their drinks? Her mouth twisted up in the corners into a smile, tonight should be filled with lots of fun, Pepper thought impishly.

The girl watched each of the people circling the bar, frantic to get some alcohol more than anything else. She chuckled lightly, and raised her cigarette locked in her fingers to her lips.
The female's torn jeans and grey tank top gave her a cool feel of the enjoyable island air, as it blew through her hair. She had very long, and very black hair. It had traces of red streaks running through it.
She let out a smoky breath, as the smoke carried off into the air. Her Violet eyes (Not copying, always had violet eyes, e.o) searched around the bar, looking for people she may recognize.

No paper work to do tonight, perhaps some reading would be in order. Giselle had thought as her icy blue hues took in the surroundings of Rayvne's room. It wasn't often that Rayvne allowed someone to help out with paper work, but just two days ago Rayvne had come to her and asked for some help in sorting out a rule issue. It normally wouldn't have taken so long to go through the rules, but due to a breech in island security it took a little longer.

Moving towards the shelves of books inside Rayvne's room, the woman began scanning the labels on each book in an effort to find something that just might catch her attention. While going over the books in Rayvne's room, she heard the sounds of music filling her ears. Giselle wasn't like most of the visitors to the island. Her hearing abilities were heightend and they had been this way since she had been turned.

Giselle often thought that the reason in which that Rayvne and her had gotten along so well was due to the both of them being Vampires. Granted, Rayvne and Giselle didn't always see eye to eye, and in most cases Rayvne had to remind the woman exactly where her place was. They fought on rare occasions when Giselle thought that she had surpassed Rayvne in anyway. The music began to move Giselle now. No, it wasn't the words in the song which began to move her, but the very beat itself. It reminded her of a time long since passed.

Screw reading. That music, it calls to me. Giselle thought now. Without spending another second in thought, she had made her mind up to go down to the Tiki bar where it seemed to be coming from. Slipping to the balcony door, the woman shoved it open with a gentle push. Moving out onto the balcony, she shut the door behind herself out of respect for Rayvne. The female moved quickly over the railing on the Balcony. Jumping from it, with in a moments time her feet were planted upon the ground with a soft thud. In no time at all Giselle was moving down the pathway towards the Tiki bar. The air didn't smell of death tonight, which meant no one had been killed lately, instead it smelled sweet.

Approaching the Tiki bar, a twisted smirk began to play upon the woman's pale, blood-stained lips as her icy gaze spotted Pepper at the bar. Can she tell that I am near? Maybe not. We shall see. She had wondered now. Finally in the area of the Tiki bar, for a brief moment as her hues took in the mortals and other long time Islanders Giselle was taken back when she thought that she had seen Tristan. The one who had turned her centuries ago. To the mortals aside from her blood stained, pale lips she seemed just like them. Giselle stood at a stately 5'6", and weighed what couldn't be anything more then 145 lbs. Her sun-kissed golden, wavy locks rested freely against her back and shoulders as opposed to the normal up-do she had them in atop her head. Giselle always dressed in nothing but the finest designer clothing, from head to toe, and it always fit her form perfectly. Accentuating where it should.

Another Night, Another Game. Empty Another Night, Another Game

Post  Eros Fri Feb 24, 2012 12:16 pm

The rush of air past his ears blocked out all other sound, giving the god a surreal feeling as he plummeted through the clouds. The winds pulled at his blonde hair, furiously whipping it around his face. As the tanned form broke through the lowest layer of clouds, sparkling blue eyes shot open. The lights from the Island glittered in the night, showing him the way home. The god had been living on the Island with the ex-mortals since his dear Psyche vanished. Unlike the humans, the gods still were hesitant to call the vampires, "Immortal". The y didn't want humans to worship the vampires as the worshiped the gods. Call it jealousy, vanity, ego... It didn't change their views. After a few months of living with them, Eros had discovered that they were quite interesting and enjoyable company. The mystery that they clung to so fiercely intrigued him.
As the ground rushed up to meet him, his golden wings flared at and his body turned to allow him to land on his feet. His wings strained to catch the air and slow his fall causing a light sweat to form on his bronze skin. With a few frantic flutters of his wings, he landed lightly on the sand outside the Tiki Bar. The torches flickered in the same light breeze that dried the sweat, cooling him quickly. Eros smiled and pulled his wings tight to his bare back. Walking out of the dark, he stepped into the dancing and rippling light that seemed to almost cling to his body.
Before stepping inside, he brushed off any sand that might be caught on his damp jeans. The sudden surge of energy from the creatures inside shot through him, giving him a head lightening rush. This is why he liked this place. Olympia felt dull and slow, old. Here there was a feverish mixture of emotions in the air. Everything felt new and exhilarating. Eros stepped around the crowded bar and slowly made his way to a couch in the back where he could watch the whole scene.

When the female walked through the soft ground towards the tiki bar in which she was new to. The soft breeze and pulsing music coming from the place seemed almost intoxicating as she moved, quiet as the dead.

Alone in the world, she pondered her thoughts, taking her past into the small leather book in which she now wrote. A few more lines and a scrawled note and maybe it was done. Now for her ending, the rules and regulations as a vampire for her. Drink only from the evil-doer, never go into the sunlight, sleep in secure places, and never speak of others names to others. And above all, do not reveal us to mortals. Sunlight kills, along with fire. It was priority and plain old manors that the vampire who burnt have their ashes scattered, lest they come back in the terrible pain with those ashes. Filled with the divine blood, the sunlight couldn’t kill Jesse just yet, and her age was always a big help for that. So there you have it. Jesse the vampire. Strong, immortal, made by the divine and member of the articulate clan.

Jesse's notebook for the moment was deposited in the left pocket of her long coat, along with other small things that were unimportant. She wore a white colonial shirt under the coat, mens trousers that were practicly hidden through her shin high boots. She moved slowly, savoring the night time air. When she slipped through the strange Tiki bar door she saught the table closer to the back of the room, seating herself noiselessly under the strange lamp there. She turned this lamp off, having the ability to scare mortals with her luminecent skin, marble like skin. Her elbows both went to sit on the edge of the table, fingers linked under her nose. Her brilliant green eyes shone over the inside as she watched, listened with the mind gift or else.

Another Night, Another Game. Empty Re: Another Night, Another Game.

The She monster smirked. Feeling the presence of a few familiar Aura's Some showing as dark red, others as blue or green. These where the people Pepper would serve herself. Her Violet eyes narrowed into slits as she looked to the side. She went to the back room behind the wall of liquor where only employs and those invited were allowed in. Beyond that room was an even smaller room. Her office. There was only one other person with a key who was allowed in here and that was a lycan by the name of Noah River O'Shea(Noah's debut on DuskIsland, YAY:!: ).

Pepper smirked smugly seeing the lycan sprawled across her chair holding a slaver of meat over her left eye. "You look Shitty." The monster said. Noah looked up with her good eye, and just grinned at Pepper before tilting her head back.

Her black hair falling past her shoulders. The pale green right eye was staring up at the ceiling as she stared, still grinning, "You should see the asshole I just hurled out of here. Noah was smaller then Pepper, and looked more pixie like, to Pepper's Foxy red-headed thing she had down. Noah was less curves but more wiry muscles, under the soft skin. Noah was the opposite of Pepper in some since. Pepper being the quite one where Noah was loud and willing to make some ruckus. The lycan was carefree and thought the She monster to be a Party-Pooper at times; however, they we're good if not best friends, and balanced each other out.

Noah was dressed in black and yellow acid washed skinny jeans and a black shirt that says, '*Big Bad Wolf*' in bold yellow. Her shoes where black, hightop kicks, with Purple, green, and orange stripes. The laces, which she changed often to fit into her outfit was yellow today.

Removing the meat from her left eye you could see it was swollen and darkly bruised, and her eye was split. By the time the rapid healing of the wolf took place, anyone could tell that she'd have a scar on her eye brow. She could force her body to heal in a way that didn't scar, but the lycan liked the way it looked and thought her flawless pale skin needed more character.

Looking over to Pepper, Noah grinned once more Putting on the aviators sunglasses that was on top of the messy pile of papers on the desk and asked referencing to one of her favorite horror movies, "Wanna Play a Game?"
