By Laws. Mandatory Read!

All members and guests on this site are to adhere to the following rules if you or they wish to continue to participate with this organization. Please make sure to follow up and stay up to date with the rules, for they are subject to change at any time.
1. You must be willing to learn, train other members, and take part in occasional role playing while part of this site.
2. No hate speech will be tolerated in out of character form towards that of another member or role player. This will fall under: insults about another's race, sexual orientation, sex or handicap.
3. All members are to present themselves in a respectful manner while out of character. In character will be upon your own discretion. However, this rules here will apply to any site that you role play on.
4. No attacking other people without provocation.
5. If a clan declares war upon our clan, you are to not accept the war in our behalf. You must bring it to your leader(s) attention and they will take it from there.
6. If you have a grievance against a leader or another member, please post your concern in the proper category. I promise you, no dire consequences will come from stating your concern, as long as it is done as respectfully as possible.
7. No leader is to treat their student as a servant or a dog. Respect is key in this clan, and it will be given to ANY rank that we have within this organization. Teachers are expected to respect their students wishes if they don't wish to carry out an order, as long as they have good reason. Students, you will not publicly deny the order, you will PM or whisper to your leader as to why you don't wish to. Discretion is key here.
8. You are to NEVER challenge someone in battle and then try to weasel out of it and have another member or leader fight your battle. If you challenge someone, you best be prepared to fight them or lose your character. We are a brotherhood and sisterhood here, and in most cases we will hear your side and have your back as much as possible.
9. Remember "No means No!" If another fighter refuses your challenge, you are to NEVER insult them for stating no, or a wish to not fight you. Respect is key here, you are acquired to give it, even if it's not given in return. In the end, you are the more noble for it and prove the other person to be nothing more than an impetuous child.
10. Out of character conflict will not be mixed with in character conflict. Both will be separated at all times.
11. Respect. Respect. Respect.
12. No getting into verbal insult battles with another player or clan member. If you have a grievance with them, post it in the proper category. If you are being harassed by another player please bring it to your leader's attention. If you feel the need to ARGUE take it to Whispers (in chat), or PMS! Yes when the chat is set up, there will be a room assigned for you to duke it out. T-1 rules will apply.
13. Impersonation of Staff or another site member will NOT be tolerated. If you are not Staff, or not that person, think of how you would feel IF someone pretended to be YOU!
